These terms govern your use of the public navelo.io website. They do not by themselves grant any right to use a Navelo SaaS product. Use of an individual Navelo product (for example, CareFlow) is governed by the separate product agreement entered into at sign-up or via direct contract.
02Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to: attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, scrape it at a rate that affects availability, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
03Intellectual property
The website content — including text, graphics, layout, source code, the Navelo name, and the Navelo brand marks — is owned by Navelo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the site without prior written permission, except for normal browsing and short, attributed quotations.
04No warranty for the public website
The public website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is current or complete. Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
05Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navelo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The site may link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
07Governing law
These terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the registered Navelo entity is established. The specific jurisdiction will be updated here after incorporation is complete.
